Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any products purchased on our website, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days from when you received the item. It must be in an 'as new', saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when we are making the refund. Delivery charges will be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items

We may withhold up to 50% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable 'as new'.

'As new' means:

  • The goods have not been used
  • Shrink wrap, blister packs, software or manufacturers seals are unopened
  • Plastic bags containing any cables or other accessories have not been opened
  • The goods are unmarked
  • The goods are in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new

HOW TO SEND YOUR PRODUCT:

  • Email us at returns@bitsub.com and let us know why you wish to return your item. We will then email you a RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number.
  • Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, promotional gifts, CDs etc for that product).
  • All returned goods must have our RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Goods may be rejected without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • All goods returned remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by ourselves.
  • All goods must be returned within 14 working days of the RMA issue date.
  • Delivery charges will be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items.

WARRANTY COVER FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

All of our products are covered by a minimum of 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the manufacturer's website to check the length of your warranty.

For faulty items less than 30 days old please contact the manufacturer, explain your problem and request a case or reference number. Then contact us with this case/reference number and we will replace the unit for you. Please be aware that the replacement of products is strictly subject to availability.

For some items, including those over 30 days old, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly. If we do this it is only because it is a much quicker process and you can be back up and running sooner rather than later. Most of the manufacturers can also offer out of hours help lines which may be more convenient for you. If an item is faulty and returned to us, we reserve the right to send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. This can take a number of weeks.

If we refer you to the manufacturer and at any point you are not happy with the service they are providing please contact us immediately.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
