All of our UK deliveries are despatched by a guaranteed service with a proof of delivery available on request.

Delivery Worldwide

If you are a customer from outside the UK, please contact gary.hart@bitsub.com with a list of the items you require and we will be more than happy to provide you with a delivery charge.

Part / Split Deliveries

On some occasions we may need to split the delivery of your order. This may result in a delivery to you on more than one day.

Availability

All of the products featured on our website are either available from stock or on a short lead time. Small quantities will generally be available for despatch within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of your order. For very large quantities we would expect to despatch your order within 1 to 2 weeks. If all the products in your basket are available from stock, your order will be despatched to you immediately. If any of the items are not available, we will advise you immediately and confirm what the lead time will be. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with your order.
